We would like to wish each of you a safe, peaceful and restful summer break. Your support over this incredibly difficult period has provided us with much inspiration and we thank you greatly for this.
Stay safe, take care and we look forward to seeing all our young people again in August.
I thought it might be worthwhile to remind everyone in our school community about all of our Christmas/December dates. Most of these events are highlighted on our parent calendar available on the school website however, there have been some necessary date changes/amendments which are highlighted in bold. I invite you along to all of these events which provides our very proud and strong community with numerous opportunities to join together and celebrate our many talents and skills, particularly those of our young people. I was delighted to see so many families, young people, partners and friends at our very successful Christmas Fayre on Saturday (1st December), thanks as always for your support and particular thanks to our Parent Council who organised and arranged the event.
I now look forward to seeing you throughout December which is traditionally, a very busy but exciting time of year for us at Chryston High School.
If you would like any further information, please do not hesitate to contact our school office.
I would like to take this opportunity to thank all of our young people, staff and parents/families involved in organising or participating in and attending the above events. Christmas/December is a busy time for everyone and I am particularly thankful to such a dedicated team of staff who volunteer to ensure that this is a special time for all of our school community. I would also like to thank parents and families for your continued tremendous support.
Although I hope to see you at some of the above events, I take this opportunity to wish all associated with Chryston High School a very happy, peaceful Christmas and an enjoyable and prosperous New Year.
Yours faithfully,
Jonny Mitchell
