50 things outdoors -catch

This week we have been outdoors lots. We have been playing lots of games and having fun. Some of the children have been running playing tig with peers and staff. We took a ball out and played catch. We stood in a circle and threw the ball and tried to catch it when it was thrown to us. It was fun and everyone enjoyed it. We also took some scarfs out to throw up in the air. They came down much slower than the ball.

In the sensory garden we weeded and tidied our planters where we discovered potatoes, onions, carrots, nasturtiums and sweet peas which were planted by Mrs Gardner’s class last year.
