Christmas Jumper Day

The Sunflower boys had lots of fun today. We had a special visit from Artie this morning and enjoyed a lovely Christmas performance. We loved singing and following the actions given. We then played with the construction toys together building towers. In the afternoon we used foam pictures and added them to our Christmas jumper outline to create our own Christmas jumper.

Christmas Crafts

Today, we used different shapes to create a picture of Santa. We liked using the cotton wool to make his beard, and adding glitter to make his belt buckle sparkle.

Glasgow Markets

* SUCCESSFUL LEARNERS, CONFIDENT INDIVIDUALS, EFFECTIVE CONTRIBUTORS, RESPONSIBLE CITIZENS *

The Moonbeams class loved our special treat today where we went on the train to Glasgow. We explored George Square rides and amusements, looked at the decorations in Princes Square, had a lunch in Tony Macaronis, explored St Enoch’s Christmas market and had a look at the amazing toys in Hamleys.

We have had so much  fun and enjoyed experiencing the hustle and bustle of Buchanan Street, particularly the dancing to the street musicians.
