We will be having an Easter bonnet competition in the ECC. We are encouraging children to be creative at home with their families and bring their masterpiece into the ECC on Thursday 2nd April. The Gargie Guides will be selecting a winner from both our AM and PM session. There will be a special prize for the winner. All children who bring in a bonnet on Thursday 2nd April will take part in an Easter bonnet parade around the school.

The whole school is working hard on their writing, including the presentation. There are lots of super examples up in the corridor for everyone to see!

We almost have enough but to give the children a better experience during their workshops we would benefit from around 10 more. If you have any that are old or do not fit your child anymore could you please send them in. Their condition doesn’t matter as we will alter them anyway.

As part of ‘Developing the Young Workforce’ week from the 4th-6th March, Miss Caldow is looking for old school polo shirts that can be up-cycled. These will be cut up and altered so please only send old items that you are finished with. They can be any size and we will also accept plain white t-shirts. Please send anything you have in with your child to pass to Miss Caldow.
