27th May PE lesson
Hello everyone,
For today’s PE we’re going to have a couple of challenges. First why not going for a walk? Walking is a great exercise for your body and mind and it’s not every day we have this good weather in Scotland. To make it more interesting we can have some challenges with our family. here some examples:
- First to see a bird can chose someone to do 5 star jumps.
- First to see a dog can chose someone to do 5 spins.
- First to see a rainbow can chose someone to do 10 second dance move.
- First to see a yellow flower can chose someone to do 5 second sprint.
Then you can start again or come up with your own challenges.
remember to keep safe, stay local and have fun
