MATHS

In Mrs. Macaulay’s maths group we have been learning how to multiply and divide decimals by 10, 100 and 1000.  Mrs Wylie’s groups are continuing with fractions, decimals and percentages.

SCIENCE

We have been finishing off our science passports from DCHS and finished our experiments. These experiments have helped us understand measuring water and temperature accurately.

SCOTTISH POEMS

Well done to everybody who learned their Scottish poem and recited it in front of the class, also well done to Ryan and Ruiri  for winning the Poetry competition in front of the whole school.

WWII FAMILIES

This week we have been told some more information about our 1939 characters. The children have been told where they have been evacuated to, the mums have now been informed where they are working and the soldiers have been deployed!

Literacy Circles
