Welcome to our library! A great place to relax with a book, study or just hang out with friends. The library is a part of the Shetland Library Service, which means we can get books and materials from all over Shetland and beyond. We have lots of fantastic reads for all ages, a growing comic books selection, dyslexia friendly books, study guides and more.

All classes visit at least once a week; the study area and computers are also available to use in class time. The library is open to secondary pupils every interval and lunchtime. We want it to be a comfortable, stress-free space where you can take a break from your busy school day. Books, board games, colouring and craft activities – a perfect escape!

The library is open every day from 9 until 3.40. The librarian’s hours are 9-2.45.
