North Lanarkshire Sumdog Contest
The NLC Sumdog contest begins at 8am on Friday morning and runs until Thursday 11th June. I have entered every class into the contest and it would be great to see you all participate. We need at least 10 players to play in every class each day to be able to qualify! So here is what we are planning to do- everyday there will be a certificate awarded in Teams to the person in each class with the highest accuracy levels. On top of that we have decided to have a little in house competition and a certificate will be awarded to the class who has the highest number of players each day. I wondered which class in the school will win? I will post another reminder tomorrow!

We understand that this is a difficult time for our pupils and they may be struggling with the concept of not being able to see their friends or family, or have contact with them.
Click on the link below to watch a short video that explains alternative ways we can show people how we feel about them without having to touch etc.

This would have been our Health Week and Sports Day this week, so what happens when we can’t all be together? The staff bring Health Week to you. Miss Glencross has worked very hard to create a Health Week pack for you to use this week. It has a great variety of activities, which focuses on physical, mental, emotional and social health and wellbeing. You can find the pack in your class folder in Sharepoint or in your class files tab in teams. Miss Quirk has also added extra activities to the Fitness folder in the Sharepoint too.
We would love to see all of your Health Week photos. You can share them with us by uploading them into the PowerPoint in the Health Week folder in SharePoint or by uploading them into your teams tile.
Have fun, stay safe and stay healthy!
