Langloan Primary School

Behaviour

The relationship between pupils’ and teacher is similar to that between the child and his/her own parents, requiring mutual consideration on both sides.   It is the policy of the school to foster such consideration.

Within Langloan Primary School we have a set of School Rules which all pupils are made fully aware of and are expected to adhere to in the interest of their own well being, safety and the creation of an atmosphere in which sound learning can take place.

Ready

Respectful

Safe

In Langloan Primary School we actively encourage pupils to take responsibility for their own actions, and to always consider how these actions will affect others around them.  Through the promotion of positive behaviour we have a very positive ethos in school.

A very clear discipline procedure is in place, to support pupils, staff and parents.  Any incidents of a racist nature are dealt with in line with N.L.C Guidelines.

Bullying in the school can only be effectively dealt with if parents, teachers and pupils work together to find a solution.
