We use clapping rhymes throughout the day to help us take a brain break and regain focus. They also help with motor skills and balance. Here is one of our favourites.

Our focus for Maths Week was find the missing number. We played lots of games using our number lines and tuff spot tray. We were also adding each day and started a new maths work book. We still had time to get active though and what a super job we are doing using the sounds we have learned to blend words. Have a look at us at work in our video below.

After a busy morning in nursery we love nothing more than relaxing by practicing our yoga moves and massage. Why not ask your child to show you some of their yoga positions. If you are really lucky they might even give you a massage!

The boys and girls in room 6 have been working hard on their subtraction and addition skills. They played against their partner to see who had the highest answers when they turned their cards over!
