The boys and girls in Room 5 wanted to give you all a little update on some of our learning this week. It has been a Halloween fun-filled week.

H – We were practising our letters, ‘a’ and ‘c’ during handwriting.

R – We have been counting in 3s – 3, 6, 9, 12, 15, 18, 21, 24, 27, 30, 33, 36.

R – We were painting doing symmetry. We matched the paint on both sides.

F – We decorated a pumpkin and we put a finger in paint and then put it on a big pumpkin. The next day we got a black whiteboard pen and drew a ghost.

R – We learned the sound ‘ow’ like ‘pillow’, ‘snow’.

L – We have been counting in 5s – 5, 10, 15, 20, 25, 30.

L – We have been on the iPads.

S – We had a Halloween disco. I was a Spanish dancer.
