Our Week in Room 8

August 28, 2026 by Miss Napier | 0 comments

We’ve had a super busy and fun week in Room 8. Here’s a snapshot of what the pupils remember doing most:

  • Starting a block of badminton during PE
  • Using playdough, scrabble tiles, sand trays and playing Hedbanz for spelling
  • Reading more of our wordless book ‘Tuesday’ – the frogs in the book are getting up to so much mischief!
  • Helping to build our ‘Reading Garden’ arch for the classroom. We’re hoping it will be finished by the end of next week and we can post a photo of it!
  • Creating our Class Charter by studying each Right we’re going to include. We should hopefully have it completed by next week too.
  • We also had our first assembly and managed to earn 4 PROUD clouds for our singing, dancing and listening!
