Room 17’s Wonderful Week

In room 17’s Wonderful Week, we have done math, literacy, drama and more! Read on to find out what we did….

For maths, we have been doing coordinates. We all have created coordinate pictures, using the grid (and rulers!) to create masterpieces.

Literacy and drama connected, as we needed to write our own scripts based on unread pages of our really good book, The Boy at the Back of the Class. We practised up until Friday, then we got to perform in front of Mrs Webber on stage. Bravo!!

On Tuesday, we were showed a powerpoint by our fantastic teacher Miss White about Dyslexia, as it was Dyslexia Awareness Week. We did fun activities including writing a sentence with the opposite hand than normal!!

I hope you enjoyed our week as much as we did! Come back next week for more….

Evie, Rory and Aaron.
