Living Life To The Full have now made their Adult and Young People online programme FREE.  This excellent resource has great strategies to help us make sense and cope at this difficult time.  Try a module, read a book, use a worksheet or watch a video – whatever you access will help you look after your mental wellbeing.

Shine have produced a leaflet on how families can look after their mental health and wellbeing during this period social distancing and isolation.  It provides guidance, reassurance and helpful websites.

Mind have published some suggestions on ways to look after your wellbeing during the coronavirus and the potential for staying at home.  Each tab (as seen in the picture below) gives a drop down of different tips and ideas to take care of your mental health and wellbeing.

 

The BBC have created a list of ways to protect your mental health, these include:

  • Limit the news and be careful what you read
  • Have breaks from social media and mute things that are triggering
  • Wash your hands – but not excessively
  • Stay connected with people
  • Avoid burnout
