Healthier Minds Team

A new team called Healthier Minds has been created to support your mental and emotional wellbeing (10-18 years). The team includes people from different services, who have lots of experience and knowledge to ensure that you receive the support that best meets your needs.

Healthier Minds Screening Hub

The hub meets every week to review the referrals. The people involved in the hub are shown below:

What happens next?

After discussion at the hub, your trusted adult will talk to you about the support that has been offered. If accepted we will contact you to begin the support.

Click to view the Healthier Minds Journey to Support document which details the process from the point of referral.
