Nurturing and Supporting Mental Wellbeing

How to Get Support

There may be times when you feel that you could benefit from more support for your mental health and wellbeing. If you are feeling low and need some help, the best thing to do is to speak to a trusted adult either at home or at school.  However, if you are unsure who to speak to, you can contact the Samaritans for free on 116 123.  They have specially trained volunteers who will listen and help 24 hours a day.  For further information, you can visit samaratins.org.

If you live in East Renfrewshire, you can also refer yourself to our Healthier Minds Service.

You can also click here to view information about how and when other agencies might be able to offer support.

In an emergency situation, please seek medical attention from your local GP or A&E.
