FAOL – Whole School Projects/Citizenship

The Stars class rehearsed hard for the school show. We looked at, listened to and practised singing and signing to the songs, ‘When Santa Got Stuck up the Chimney’, ‘Frosty the Snowman’, ‘Silent Night’ and finally ‘Reach For the Stars’. Alongside the Moonbeams and Sungazers classes we dressed up in character and held props to perform.

Christmas Themed Food and Drink Tasting

* SUCCESSFUL LEARNERS, CONFIDENT INDIVIDUALS *

The Moonbeams class enjoyed tasting a range of Christmas themed foods and drinks. We had to decide whether we enjoyed them or not and complete the worksheet. Every pupil was brave enough to smell, kiss or taste the items.

We tried mince pies, roast potatoes, parsnips, candy canes and a luxury hot chocolate. Yum!!!

Christmas Jumper Day

The Sunflower boys had lots of fun today. We had a special visit from Artie this morning and enjoyed a lovely Christmas performance. We loved singing and following the actions given. We then played with the construction toys together building towers. In the afternoon we used foam pictures and added them to our Christmas jumper outline to create our own Christmas jumper.
