All about my feelings

We have been confident individuals learning about zones of regulation and that our emotions can change throughout the day depending on everything that is happening around me.

We have completed a lot of work on feelings and strategies to carry out to help regulate our emotions and make us feel happier.

We created an emotional rollercoaster that we change throughout the day when a situation arises that could cause our emotions to change.

LGBT Our Family

For LGBT month we are learning about different families. We had to be confident individuals and identify our family members  to create our personal family tree. We shared this with our friends and discussed about how different families are made.

We are learning through our book ‘We are Together’,  this celebrates the power of love, friendship and acceptance. We are all unique and should chase our dreams, when we have the correct support and come together with others we make a great team.

We are learning the signs thanks to Singing Hands, ‘Together everything will be ok’ and together we can raise awareness and acceptance of who you are.
