Pupil Council

Children have elected their pupil council representatives.  Each class has two children in the pupil council.  The pupil council will help make decisions in our school.

The Scottish Government recently launched a new National Improvement Framework for Scottish Education

ANGELA CONSTANCE the Cabinet Secretary for Education and Lifelong Learning has written a letter to children in each school’s pupil council. This letter is linked below:

Also linked is a storyboard which explains the Framework and each of the 6 drivers of improvement for Scottish education.

The Cabinet Secretary for Education and Lifelong Learning asks you to read this and then consider the questions below.  

Our Pupil Council will ask children what they think.  There is also a board in school for children to write on or you can complete the form below.

  1. We enjoy being in the Pupil Council and we like the idea of the National Framework.
    The things we bought for the school look fun, so it’s a shame we won’t get to play with it for long before Grange.
