Just a quick reminder that the Primary 4’s will be visiting Kelburn on Monday 17th June. Children should wear a school jumper or polo shirt and may wear something comfortable like joggers or leggings with this. Also, please dress appropriately for the weather – a waterproof may be needed! Don’t forget to bring a snack and a packed lunch with a drink(no glass bottles).
Our football team beat Onthank Primary in the semi-final of the Dunlop Cup tonight. This means they will be playing in another final – a superb achievement! They play Nether Robertland on Monday night at Bonnyton Thistle astro pitch at Townholm. Kick-off is at 7.15pm.
It would be lovely to see as many people there as possible to encourage the boys – banners and posters once again!
A pupil has lost a Gargieston reversible waterproof jacket.
Age 7-8.
There is a small tear on the RHS sleeve.
If your child has lifted this by mistake , please return it to the office.
Thank you.
Throughout the next 2 weeks we will be exploring the concept of the word FIRST within the ECC.
To enhance your child’s understanding of FIRST we ask that you play various games/activities with your child and discuss who goes FIRST.
Please post photos of your child taking part in these activities on their personal blog.
Many congratulations to Mrs Smith and her husband on the safe arrival of their beautiful baby daughter Sophie who was born on 8th June.
We can’t wait to meet her!
Congratulations to pupils who passed both the theory and practical parts of their assessment this morning. For the pupils who weren’t as successful as they had hoped, there will be another opportunity in August for them to re-sit the practical test.
