All parents in the school should have received an email to order a Christmas lunch for their child.
P1 -3 will not be charged for this meal. For P4-7, the cost will be £2.15. This will come from their ParentPay school meal account .
For those pupils who do not wish to order a Christmas lunch , they should bring a packed lunch as the kitchen will not be preparing other meals that day.
Many thanks

The next meeting of the Parent Council will be held on Tuesday 15th September @7pm via WebEx.
This meeting will incorporate the AGM of the Parent Council and Gargieston Fundraising Group and will involve appointing new Office Bearers.
This year due to current COVID restrictions, the Gargieston Parent Council & Gargieston Fundraising Group AGM will be a virtual meeting.
We are always keen to welcome new members to join us and now you don’t even have to leave the house!
We have an active parent council and fundraising group, why not join one or both! Whether your child is in the ECC or P7 (or anywhere in between) it is a fantastic way to support the school, work closely with the Management Team, learn more about your child’s education and/or help raise vital funds that benefit the children across the school and ECC.
Anyone interested in attending this meeting can do so by dialling in from your phone, or via video call from a smartphone, tablet or laptop.
For joining details please email the parent council on gargiestonparentcouncil@gmail.com by Monday 14th September 2020 and an invite will be extended to your email address.
If you think you would be interested in any of the Office Bearer positions please email the Parent Council – gargiestonparentcouncil@gmail.com prior to the meeting to note your interest.
All positions are open this year, Chair, Vice Chair and Secretary. Office positions across the GFG will also be appointed.
We look forward to hearing from you and hope you can join our online meeting this year.

This will be taken outside, social distancing will be observed by the adults involved throughout the process.
Please give permission below for your child to be included in the photograph.
Please note – these photos will be printed in a special edition of the Kilmarnock Standard.
Thank you.
