The boys and girls received a very kind gift of £350 for our school today. Lewis Schofield presented the cheque to this week’s birthday girls Ava Lily and Tilly whilst the school looked on. The funds were generated through an advent calendar raffle on his “Visit Portpatrick” Facebook page in which local business had offered prizes to people who purchased raffle tickets, every day of advent. Profits of this were donated to Portpatrick Primary.
We have also another donation of a cheque for £250 from an anonymous Portpatrick community member who wants to gift the children of the school something to enjoy after Lockdown.
The whole school is so very grateful for the generosity and kindness we have been shown.
