Some of you have emailed some fantastic pictures of all of the hard work and fun you are having. Unfortunately, I can’t post these yet as our photo/picture capacity is full at present. However, keep sending me your great pictures, they put a huge smile on my face.
Why not start by looking around the house for lots of different objects, you can then sort them into different colours. Count them and decide which is the highest number.
Next after all that hard work, relax and sing along to Gigglebellies. Click on the picture below.
It is now time for a snack. I think you have earned it.
Here is a challenge for you. Can you find lots of things that feel different. You can then lay them on the floor to create your very own tactile road.
Make sure to look out the window and check on the weather.
After some lunch it is time to help out around the house. There might be some jobs in the kitchen to do.
Lets finish the day with a spot of gardening. There might be a job you can do like some tidying up or digging up some weeds.
Todays App is Finger Paint by Inclusive Technology. Choose a colour and move you finger around the screen to make patterns or pictures while the music plays. See what colours and patterns you can make. The app is free to download.
For Fiddly Fingers today can you find out how many things you can get into an egg cup? If you don’t have an egg cup, don’t worry just choose another small container.

Fiddly Fingers: We are going to put Kirby grips in our hair and try to find them again. You could play with playdough. We also played with the dominoes to know them all down.
Music: We are going to jam with the musical instruments in our house. If you don’t have any instruments then you can get pots and spoons to bash. We used our dominoes again too.
First, can you build a ‘kitchen stuff’ tower? Make sure you ask an adult before you try this! I managed to build this one, it is about 1 metre tall. Can you do any better?
Fiddly finger tower made of stuff I found in the kitchen
Or how about filling a muffin or cupcake tin with different items. To make it more difficult you could do it just using your less dominant hand or using a spoon or tweezers.
This was my attempt …
My attempt at filling a muffin tin with 12 different things.
If you think you can name the 12 different things send me a reply and I will let you know if you are right!
