Pupil Council 2022-2023
We are pleased to announce that our 2022-2023 Pupil Council have now been elected and we are excited to begin to drive forward improvements at Carmondean.
Our first project is to work alongside Morrison’s to establish our Carmondean Community foodbank. The group will be sorting out all our donations, creating posters and leaflets and developing a workable order form to hand out to all classes.
We aim to update this space regularly so keep checking back!
Week Beginning 19.11.18
We have collected in the suggestion boxes and discussed the ideas we found. Please continue to add your ideas to help us improve your experience in school. We would also like to remind you that ideas for the playground should go to playground mentors and not be added to the pupil council boxes.
This session we have been preparing for our assembly. Which includes discussing How good is our school and evaluating and recognising what we do well. This means how we as a school display these skills through the teachers & students behavior. The themes are: Relationships, School community, Health & wellbeing , Success & achievements & Learning and teaching .
Thanks,
Leila & Iona
Week Beginning 12.11.18
This week we have been finishing the suggestion boxes for each stage. Hopefully we will get them handed out to each year. Once the boxes are finished we will be looking at How good is our school documents and we will be talking to you about them at an assembly later in the year. We will also be looking at the suggestions you leave us and then we have a discussion about them so that we can try to improve our school.
Thanks,

Welcome back to pupil council,
This term we will be coming round the classes with suggestion boxes. You can put your ideas for the school in but make sure they are sensible and appropriate, for example, we can’t build a swimming pool but we could maybe get some new playground equipment etc… we will collect them in on Fridays and go through them on our Monday sessions.
We are going to start putting a pupil council slide in assembly and talk about what we have been doing.
We will be keeping the blog updated with what we are doing each week and keep you notified.
We have lots planned for this term, we just wanted to welcome you all back.
Thank you.
