Learning and Teaching will continue for children and staff at Carmondean PS during the current enforced school closure using the following platforms:
Primary 1-3 Children
Children will initially have been issued with a pack of materials to work through. Further packs wil be prepared and made available for collection from the school office on designated dates and times.
Additional learning activities can be accessed from the School BLOG. Communication with teaching staff is possible by leaving a comment on a particular post. Comments are moderated, so might not appear until they have been reviewed by the moderator (daily).
Primary 4-7 Children
Children will continue their learning online on GLOW through the Microsoft TEAMS App. All children who have been in school the week before closure know how to access their learning and chat with their teacher/s and classmates. Any child who cannot remember their GLOW Password and needs it reset should ask their parent/carer to email the school office, putting ‘Glow Password’ in the subject line. These messages will be reviewed and dealt with once daily.
Children have been issued with a home learning jotter ro record any work that is not expected to be submitted online. If your child was absent and did not receive one, the home learning jotter can be picked up from the school office. Deatils of dates and times to follow.
