Primary 7 have been very busy this week.
We have been working on our topic – ‘Leaving a Legacy’. Each team have been working on a campaign based on an environmental issue that we feel strongly about. We have been busy writing letters, creating posters, PowerPoints and filming our campaign speeches. We will continue to work hard on our campaigns over the next week.
In maths and numeracy we have been working on a range of topics including algebra and data handling. We also have been enjoying playing ‘beat the buddy’ in mental maths.
We have been busy planning and preparing for our Leavers’ Assembly – we will continue to work on this over the next few weeks and are getting excited about performing it in front of everyone on our last week of Primary school!
Our big Primary 7 piece of homework is due in next Friday. The children have worked really hard at home and in class on their projects. All pupils have a checklist to help them make sure they have all the information they need for their My Life So Far. These projects will be shared with peers and shown at assembly to celebrate their time at Carmondean Primary.
Reminders:
Monday & Wednesday – PE kits
Friday 31st May – My Life So Far is due!
Thank you for your continued support,
Mrs Macaulay & Mrs Wylie
