STOP PRESS: Playground re-surfacing work has not yet been completed, so these arrangements will continue till at least Monday, 04 March. Watch out for further updates.
From next Monday, 25 February, the outer playground of the school will be closed off for re-surfacing work to take place. As safetty of our children is paramount, there will be no entry to the school via the outer playground until this work has been completed (around 1 week if everything goes according to timetable). In the meantime, entry and exit to the school for children weill be via the fire-doors at the entrance to the new gym hall. At home-time, those children normally picked up by adults can be collected from 3.00 p.m. and the adults should enter the school by this same door, make their way to their chil/ren’s classroom/s and leave the school by the same route. Those children who walk home by themsleves will be dismissed by their class teachers from this same door at 3.20 p.m. (12.30 on Friday).
There will be changes to lunch-times and intervals as half our playground space will be unavailable and these arrangements will be reviewed on a day-to-day basis as the project gets underway. Thank you for your support during these major works in our school.
