Good morning from Dalguise. Everyone was asleep last night by 10.00 and most had to be wakened at 7.30 this morning. Everyone had a good night and all are happy and raring to go today. Quad biking, vertical Challenge and Nature trail are just some of the things we are looking forward to today. We will keep you posted throughout the day as wi-if allows.

Hello All ,
Just thought we would let you know that we have created amazing team names back at base camp…..Carmondean !! We are The Flying Pancakes , The Soggy Marshmallows and The Savage Soggy FlippyFloppers !
We have had a pancake flip – a – phon today . Using Mummy , Daddy and Baby frying pans we had to see how many flips we could so in one minute . Great fun had by all and of course we had to sample some . Faces now covered in raspberry jam , we are now off to do some yoga to calm down .
