Hi boys and girls.  I’ve been one happy teacher this week.  You’ve kept me up-to-date with all your snow stories and

I’ve really appreciated all the photos that I’ve received and then able to share them with our classmates. You truly a remarkable bunch of kids!!

Snow day round two!!

Hope Primary 4 are keeping safe and warm but also enjoying the snow!

 

It is World Book Day today so pick up your favourite book and enjoy some time reading!

Maybe share a story with your family!

Could you play a game of Charades and get your family to guess the book!

Design a book cover for your favourite book and post a picture on Dojo!!

Write a character description of your favourite character!

You can use your own reading book or a book from home.

  • Create a character profile (picture enclosed)

  • Make your own book (picture enclosed)
  • Share a story (picture enclosed)

Hope you are all enjoying your snow day. Please find below some learning activities that you could do while school is closed:

  • Rehearse your lines and songs for the school show!
  • Work on your Science Projects
  • Find our more about the Scottish Parliament: www.parliament.scot/visitandlearn
  • Log into SumDog and complete some of the activities, competitions and assessments set: www.sumdog.com
  • Complete a few World Book Day activities: www.worldbookday.com
  • Complete some of our Winter Ready activities (as detailed on previous blog posts)

Hope you manage to enjoy some time in the snow. Remember to wrap up warm and to stay safe.
