This week has been great. We have really enjoyed the great weather at breaks and lunchtimes.
We have continued to learn about fractions and are now all able to convert improper fractions to mixed numbers and back again.
We have been continuing to look at natural disasters and this week we had to research our own choice. We will use what we learn to write our final explanation piece of writing next week.
We completed our final live lesson on coding where we learned to create a “whack-a-mole” game using scratch. We really enjoyed this and have since altered this game as we learn more about coding.
We have worked hard on our paper mache volcanoes. (Some progress pictures are below.) We are looking forward to finishing these next week. Some of our art work this term will be displayed in the corridor. This is a work in progress just now but we can’t wait to see the finished display.

I have enjoyed the writing because I liked that I was allowed to chose my own natural disaster.
This week I have enjoyed learning about our final natural disaster.It was fun learning all about it.This week I have also enjoyed doing our coding on Monday.It was really fun doing and making new stuff.I hope we do more in the future.This week I also enjoyed doing our forest fire art.It was very fun doing all the painting and different kinds of shading and I hope we do more.
I have enjoyed the beautiful weather and researching about a natural disaster of our choice because it is so Interesting to learn about different places and different disasters.
This week I enjoyed the lovely hot weather because it was fun playing tig with all my friends.I also enjoyed doing the fire art because there was lots of different steps and they look awesome.
This week I enjoyed my writing about Wild Fires because I got to write whatever i liked about Wild Fires. I also enjoyed going to P5a and b drumming it was amazing.
I have enjoyed doing the art this week and I have enjoyed doing the writing because it as been very fun doing writing and the art looks really good.
I have enjoyed doing the fractions maths it was very fun and I got to learn lots more about fractions because I didn’t know a lot about them. I also enjoyed doing our volcano art because we got to splash lots of paint and got to use lots of different tools to make it.
I enjoyed our fractions and wildfire art i really enjoy pe with mrs edge in maths I mostly enjoyed fractions.
This week I have really enjoyed the lovely weather outside lately it’s been really good. The last thing I’ve l have enjoyed is looking more interesting natural disasters.
I enjoyed the art because it was fun and I love how they look on the window and I LOVED the drum show it was so good and loud.
