This term will see pupils in P4-7 going ‘back to basics’ and learning the core admin skills needed for life in the 21st century. As children progress through P4-7, they will develop their confidence and understanding in different areas of the Microsoft packages available to us. They will learn how to modify text and images, create presentations and store these using a shared cloud space. Furthermore, children will be given the opportunity to explore search engines and how we can use these correctly for personal research, IDL work and more.

In addition, the school have purchased a class set of Ipads to enhance our IT provision this year. In term 1, P4 will begin to explore animation through the I-Movie app. P5-7 will use garage band to explore different musical concepts and create music to work towards attaining the ‘We Make Music Digital Bronze Award.’
