Good afternoon,

The boys and girls in Room 1 have been learning all about autumn. We have sang a song about the different seasons in a year and had discussions on what happens during these different seasons. We have been reading some stories about autumn and went on an autumn walk to collect leaves. We used these leaves as a stimulus for our art. We created a tree truck using our hands and painted our leaves using cotton buds. We talked about the different colours that the leaves are turning during autumn time.
