Healthy Minds is an awareness raising resource to promote basic awareness and understanding of mental health and topics that are associated with and can impact on mental health and wellbeing.

Winston’s Wish is a charity supporting children and young people who have been affected by bereavement and loss.  They offer face-to-face support, and a free online, text and phone call service.

Help for Parents is a website for parents and carers supporting a young person with mental health problems.

Tech Control provides lesson plans and classroom resources to help promote the healthy and positive use of technology.

SAMH  is a free e-resource for teachers to lead positive conversations about mental health and the skills to respond to a pupil who is experiencing a mental health problem.
