Litter Picking in our Community
Children from the Eco Group, House Captains and Vice Captains took part in a litter pick around our local community today. They were joined by Councillor Adams and members of the Parent Council.
Well done everyone!
House Competition
Create a Reading Den 
This could be inside or outside. To enter the competition, children should take a photo of their reading den, either on its own or with them reading inside and upload to Teams, Learning Journals or send to me directly by email, eajennifer.kirkcaldy@glow.sch.uk.
The competition will close on Friday 21st April. Every entry will receive a house point and the winners from P1 – 3 and P4 – 7 will receive an additional prize.
Next Parent Council Meeting
Will be held in the school .

Reading Awards 📚
This week saw the first winners of our new Reading Certificates at assembly. These are being awarded to someone who has completed Bug Club questions to a high standard either at home or in school. This is part of our Reading Schools accreditation process, so congratulations to this group – who will it be next week…?
