The Travelling Book Fair will be in school from tomorrow (Thursday 28th September). Pupils will have the opportunity to ‘browse’ the books at lunchtime on Thursday to see what is available this year. All classes and the ECC are timetabled to buy books over the coming week. Parents can also come in to school on Friday and Monday at the end of the school day (3.15 pm) to buy books. In the past we have sold an amazing number of books which in turn allows us to build commission to purchase books for the school.

Mrs Skelton, Miss McColl/Mrs Green, Mrs Caldow and Mrs Baird/Mr Smith’s classes will visit the fair on Friday 29th September.

Mrs Marshall, Mrs Beveridge, Miss Meechan and Mrs Mackie’s classes will visit the fair on Monday 2nd October.

Mrs Lawson, Mr McDowell, Mrs Bloomfield, Miss Ferguson and Mrs Campbell’s classes will visit the fair on Tuesday 3rd October.

ECC parents can visit the fair when they collect their child at the end of their session – both morning and afternoon on either Friday (29th) or Monday (2nd).

To avoid disappointment any pupils who forget to bring money on their allocated day will be able to buy books on Wednesday (4th) at lunchtime.

The book fair will also be open during the Macmillan Coffee Morning on Friday.
