Materials needed: tin foil, poster paintings, brushes, cotton buds
This activity is great for working on fine motor skills and colour mixing. The foil gives a different surface to work on and the paint glides quite nicely on it. You can use either a paintbrush, cotton bud or even your fingers to move the paint around. A good tip is to add a little washing up liquid into the paint. This will allow it to take to the foil better and when dried will not crack and fall off as much.
For today’s PE lesson we are going to start with a warm up song that we all know and love “Action song” is attached to these post.
Now that we are warmed up and ready, we are going to play a board play a board game “race to 100”. All you need is a bit of space, a dice and a family member to play with you. If you can’t see the images I’ve attached a word document to this post.
Rules are simple:
Each player has their own 100’s sheet.
Players go at the same time.
Roll the dice, each person performs the exercise (you can use alternatives if are struggling or a wheel chair user), cross off that many numbers on the sheet (attached). See who gets to 100 first.
This is our School song for Friday’s Assembly with Tracey and Pam.
Watch the video closely and see if you can copy some of the signs for the chorus. Join in with the verses if you remember the words.
