Dear Parents and Carers,
Our next Parent Council meeting will take place on Tuesday 14 January at 6.30pm.
Due to unforeseen circumstances our chair has had to step down from her post. The parent council is therefore no longer quorate and we’re looking for new members and for changes to the constitution to make it’s running more practical.
The meeting on 14 January will be an EGM where we will elect a new chair and vice chair. The meeting will then run as normal covering everything on the attached agenda.
If you have any questions you would like to raise at the meeting or are able to join the Parent Council please email them to balfronhighschoolpc@gmail.com in advance.
