Inclusion
The Education (Additional Support for Learning) (Scotland) Act 2004, (amended 2010), places a duty on Stirling Council Education Services to identify and meet the additional support needs of children and young people. This underpins the Department’s responsibilities to deliver best practice to all our pupils and staff.
We achieve this in conjunction with the Stirling Council’s Staged Intervention process and our links with external agencies.
