Dear Parents and Carers,
The Balfron Parent Council AGM is taking place on Tuesday 7 May at 7pm in the Strathendrick Suite at the school. We would welcome lots of you to come along and get involved in our last meeting of the 2023/24 session.
An agenda for the meeting is attached. If you have any questions or queries you would like to raise at the meeting, please email them in advance of Tuesday to balfronhighschoolpc@gmail.com.
As this is the AGM we will be looking for nominations for the four positions on the Parent Council – Chair, Vice Chair, Treasurer and Secretary for the 2024/25 session. We are specifically looking for new members to fill the Vice Chair and Treasurers posts as the current members are stepping down. If you would like to find out more information about what’s involved please feel free to get in touch before Tuesday.
Lastly, attached are the draft minutes from our last meeting in March.
