This fabulous young lady was pleased to hear these well deserved compliments from her classmates.

P7 developed their decimal knowledge through our active maths stations today. The groups used Sumdog to consolidate the value of digits to the right of the decimal point. They worked with Mrs Corrigan to play a decimal rounding game- rounding to the nearest whole number and 1st decimal place. Pupils also worked with Mrs Paterson to order decimals from largest to smallest. We also explored how to write decimals in other ways.

Room 2 heard the story about Guy Fawkes this week and then created some 2D shape rocket fireworks and a City skyline with beautiful sparkly fireworks in the sky.

The boys and girls in room 3 have started to learn about different types of measurement. Today they were able to discuss the weight of particular objects and animals then share their ideas in a pair to the rest of the class.
