It can help to know different words to use to talk about our feelings. Can you think of more ways to describe anger, fear, sadness and happiness

Here are some words that describe feelings and emotions.
irritated, embarrassed, distressed, angry, jealous, frustrated, stressed, fearful, disappointed, sad
glad, pleased, joyful, blissful, elated, proud, happy, excited, optimistic, relaxed
Pick two positive and two negative emotions that you have felt. You can choose ones from above or another you can thing of.
For each one think of a time you have experienced it, describe that in words.
Think of what colour you would use for that emotion.
Draw a symbol for that emotion.
You can use paper or an application.
