Here is the suggested weekly timetable and underneath it you will find more detailed instructions for tasks and any links to resources needed. We have live calls on Teams twice each day (apart from Wednesday this week) but we appreciate you may not be able to join every one. Try to join the live calls for your reading groups on a Monday or Friday if you can.

Morpurgo – Complete the page of the Grammar Booklet titled – ‘What is an adjective: Using Adjectives’

Lewis – Complete the page of the Phonics, Spelling & Vocabulary Booklet titled – ‘Become a tryer, thinker, writer…’

  • Numeracy – Complete the workbook pages allocated below in your Numeracy jotter.

Thursday (Mrs Gaw)

Rectangles/Circles – Workbook pages (Units of Length pg. 116&117) then at least 15 minutes on Sumdog. This poster may help you with the workbook pages. Units of Length Conversion Poster Now choose activities from the menu to practise your times tables. Times-Table-Menu

Squares /Triangles – Workbook pages (Units of Measurement pg. 177&178) Now spend at least 15 minutes on Sumdog and choose activities from the menu to practise your times tables. Times-Table-Menu

  • Spelling – Look/say/cover/write/check 3 times & write a quality sentence for each of your spelling words in lined jotter.
  • Literacy – Complete the task (detailed below) in the Comprehension Booklet in your lined jotter. (Remember to answer in sentences.)

Dahl/Rowling/Walliams – Read the two poems ‘An Owl Flew in my Bedroom Once’ and ‘The Lost Angels’ then complete ‘Responding to the poems’.
