Welcome to Primary 1/2!

It has been lovely to welcome everyone to Primary 1/2! The children have settled into their new classroom and routines really well, and it has been wonderful to see them becoming more confident each day.

They have enjoyed getting to know one another, making new friends and exploring their classroom. We have been busy learning our daily routines, getting to know our teachers and classmates, and beginning our learning journey together. We are so proud of how well the children have adapted to their new surroundings.

PE Days

Our PE days will be:

• Outdoor PE – Tuesday
• Indoor PE – Wednesday

Children should come to school dressed for PE on these days. They can wear:

• Shorts, leggings or joggers
• A T-shirt or polo shirt
• Appropriate, comfortable shoes
• An appropriate jacket for outdoor PE, depending on the weather

Please ensure that children are dressed suitably for the weather on outdoor PE days.

Meet the Teacher

Just a reminder that our Meet the Teacher sessions will take place on Thursday 20th August.

There will be two sessions:

• 3:20pm – 4:20pm
• 4:20pm – 5:20pm

This will be a lovely opportunity to share some information about our class and the year ahead, and for you to ask any questions you may have.
