We canโ€™t believe itโ€™s the October holidays already! Primary 4 have had a fantastic start to the year, and we thought we would share some of our favourite learning experiences so far, chosen by the children themselves!

๐Ÿ“š Literacy: We have enjoyed writing our own stories (AN), taking part in drama to recreate scenes from Mr Skip (CL) and challenging ourselves with Wordle during ICT (KH).

๐Ÿ”ข Numeracy: We have been busy learning about place value (HLA) and rounding numbers to the nearest 10 (NM).

๐ŸŽจ Expressive Arts: Art has been a firm favourite in Room 13! ย  ย We have loved learning about Pablo Picasso (SG), creating our own Picasso art gallery (EM), making and painting our clay gnomes (KH and OK), and doing lots of creative art activities (AW)!

๐Ÿ‰ PE and Play: We have loved playing tig, rugby and benchball (YS), building LEGO creations and developing our skills (ZE), and programming the Indi robots to follow tracks (AT).

๐ŸŒง๏ธ Science: We have also enjoyed learning all about the water cycle (EW).

It has been a busy few weeks filled with creativity, teamwork, fun and lots of learning!

We hope everyone has a lovely October break!ย ๐Ÿ‚
