We had another fun-filled and exciting week in Room 16.

In numeracy, we continued practicing time. We have started working on past and to the hour, building our confidence with an analogue clock.

In literacy, we summarised the chapters we’ve read in The Wild Robot so far and the class got creative by turning this into our very own podcast (which we hope to share with grown ups soon!). We’ve began our I.O.W journey and the class have been fixing fragmented sentences.

We started lots of new things this week, too! In PE, we began working on our controlled passes in rugby. We also began researching our new Bannockburn and Scots Wars of Independence IDL topic and created some spooky Tim Burton-style self-portraits, just in time for Halloween.
