For maths, we explored the world of chimney sums, partitioning and compensation – particularly focusing on addition. Everyone was fairly confident with this.

For Literacy we did some comprehension on half of chapter nineteen of our class reading book, Rooftoppers. 

On top of that we practiced our new spelling words by creating a wordsearch and using our new words in sentences. 

We learned how to create a Blackout poem and used our knowledge to create a poem based on Autumn/ Halloween theme.
