Hello everyone, 

This is what we have done this week.

Monday 

In PE we started something new called ultimate frisby it was really fun. We also got our new spelling words for the week which were affixes and suffixes we had to add pre to the start of our words and     ance/ence to the end.

 

Tuesday 

We did French and we had to learn how to order a table and our food so we had 5 minutes to practise and if you wanted you and your group could go up in front of everyone and perform your french.

 

Wednesday 

In maths we did place value with high numbers all the way up to millions. 

We also had to round the numbers up to the nearest hundreds,thousands,ten thousand,hundred thousands and a million. 

 

Thursday 

We continued with the rounding up high numbers. We also did ICT. We researched Edinburgh’s population then/now, and major cities in Scotland, also what people thought would happen in Y2k.

 

Friday 

In PE we did rugby but mid way through the warm up the fire bell went. 

In maths, we did place value with prices of houses, during art we did persian carpets as part of our book Dragon Fire.
