This week,

L – We have been learning about Chocolate. It is our new topic.

G – We learned a new song called “Three Craws” and it starts like three craws, sat upon a waw, sat upon a waw. We sang it for the P1/2 assembly.

A – Yesterday was Burns Night and his name was Robert.

C – I got a certificate at assembly for doing good maths. I feel happy.

J – We learned a new sound – ou.

F – We looked at chocolate instructions and we stuck them in our yellow jotters for our new topic. We have chocolate books that I brought into class for the whole term. We read it once a day.

L – We have been making our safe places on paper. We had to create a safe place in our school. Mine was a treehouse with a ladder. It has snacks, a sofa, a TV and juice.

R – For a brain break we did a new thing called the wiggle dance. I like it.

R – We learned a new song called In the Groove during Music and I would like to sing it to you. “I am in the groove, I am in the groove.”

H – We learned new common words – round, found, wish and men.
