Dear parents/carers,
You will be aware from media coverage that the flu vaccination campaign is now live and well underway. NHSL vaccination management team have advised that they will host a range of ‘Drop in Quiet Clinics’ early in November 2023, for children who may feel that coming for vaccination to a mainstream site or any of the satellites sites (which may be busy) – a little overwhelming or who may have additional support needs.
The clinics will be drop in based and the offering of vaccination will also be made available to the parent/carer bringing the child to ensure an inclusive approach.
Please find detailed below a list of dates, times and venues across Lanarkshire offering these drop in quieter clinics. To raise awareness and promote uptake it would be appreciated if you could advise parents and carers of this additional service.
