🎷 A flagship city ensemble for young jazz musicians and vocalists

The Glasgow Schools’ Big Band brings together talented young instrumentalists and singers from across the city to perform jazz, funk, soul, and swing music. Members rehearse weekly, develop advanced ensemble skills, and perform at concerts and events throughout the year, representing Glasgow CREATE at some of the city’s most exciting venues.

Who It’s For

• Musicians & Vocalists: Flute, Clarinet, Saxophones (all), Trumpet/Cornet, Trombone, Guitar, Piano, Bass (upright & electric), Drum Kit, and Vocals
• Entry Level: Grade 4 and above, by audition
